For time:

100 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

100 Partner Push-ups

100 Toes-to-bars

100 Front Squats, 60/40 kg

100 Row Calories

In a team of 3 complete the following reps. For chet to bars to count one must do c2b while one hangs from bar while one rests (Regionals style) Same foe the T2B. Partner push ups are 2 out of the 3 do a push up at the same time must clap hands at the top 3rd person rests. For the squats one person is doing squats one peron must sit at bottom of air squat while one rests. The calorie row is an all out sprint one person at a time other 2 resting.
