Skill Work Hspu

Work on Handstand skill including walking and free standing and HSPU.

WOD-

30 Minute EMOM:

Every 1 min for 30 mins, alternating between:

5 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

15 Row Calories

Handstand Push-up,

Complete max handstand push ups in the 3rd minute.
