Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.

Increase weight each set building to a 95% single

WOD-

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

15 Toes-to-bars

15 Front Squats, 50/35 kg

50 Double Unders
