Weighted Chest-to-bar Pull-up 5-5-5-5-5

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

WOD-

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:

5 Power Cleans, 80/55 kg

10 Front Squats, 80/55 kg

15 Handstand Push-ups

Non O lifters to do Deadlifts and goblet squats
