GETTING STARTED IS EASY
Follow these two simple steps
At CrossFit Canberra we are devoted to providing the ultimate health and fitness experience. All new members of CrossFit Canberra will receive 1 on 1 training as a part of our endeavour to provide this experience. The sessions are personalised to provide you with the skills and technique required to safely and confidently participate in all our classes. Your first session is booked online so you can pick the time that suits you.
Our membership allows you to train at a time that will suit you (We have over 40 classes per week and are open between 5:30am-7:00pm Mon-Fri).
We don’t have lock-in contracts because we are confident that once you start you won't want to stop.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The majority of what we work on develops all areas of the body.
Our foundation movements are transferable to a wide variety of movements in life. This means playing with your kids or taking in the groceries could become much easier.
Intensity is relative, we encourage all of our members to work to their ability! We want you to learn to walk before you run, and train in a safe environment. Believe it or not, we have plenty of members who can't do a pull up, squat an empty barbell or jump rope. We all begin somewhere!
